IDE Solutions LLC uses the service providers ("subprocessors") below to run TroubleFree WP. Each one only receives what it needs for its job, under a contract that requires it to protect that information. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

Customers who send client reports through their own email server use that server instead of Mailgun for those reports.
2. Not Service Providers
Vulnerability data comes from Wordfence Intelligence (Defiant Inc.). We download it and check sites against it ourselves; Wordfence receives nothing about you or your sites.
3. Changes
Before we add or replace a service provider that handles customers' personal information, we'll update this page, and email customers who have our Data Processing Addendum, at least 30 days in advance so they can object. Questions? Email support@troublefreewp.com.
